I AM IN SEARCH OF A 3-BEDROOM HOUSE (or apartment or condo) TO RENT in [redacted town] in CHITTENDEN COUNTY, VERMONT
Due to the impending finalization of my divorce and the necessary arrangements coming out of that, I need to give up my gorgeous beautiful apartment in gorgeous beautiful Vergennes that I loved so, so, so much and find yet another place. Wow, I am super sick of this! Anyway! I need your help.

It’s already rented, people. Sorry. I love you apartment and I’ll miss you forever 😭

I’m dealing with one of the worst rental markets since I’ve lived in Vermont and the rental market here has always been completely terrible so that’s really saying something! If you’re in a position to rent to me or know someone who is, reply to this email or reach me through any of the routes o’ contact below in the footer and I can tell you the two town(s) I’m looking at specifically. Here’s what I’m looking for:
• 3-bedroom house (definitely open to a condo or apartment too. Bonus points for a condo w/a pool)
• Lease will be for 12-15 months minimum, but could possibly be longer.
• I have a well-behaved dog under 40 lbs. who smiles and that should count for something/everything.
• Move-in of 8/1 ideally, 9/1 in a pinch.
• I’ve been a successful self-employed creative director and writer for the past 14 years. I own(ed) a house! And rent(ed) an apartment at the same time! And paid for both! So: you can rent to me!

TAYLOR SWIFT TICKETS (actually not for me!)
If you follow me on Instagram then you’ve likely seen the above “slightly” “edited” meme as I hoped and hoped [but didn’t pray] for Taylor Swift tickets for my daughter. To my surprise and everlasting gratitude, a while ago someone super awesome reached out, telling me she might have tickets. A few weeks later, she did. She had to give them up because her daughter wasn’t able to go. Their story isn’t mine to tell but even in her disappointment, she sold the tickets to me at face value, just an outrageously generous offer.

I desperately want to return the favor to her. She and her daughter are able to go to ANY show July 1st or later, anywhere in the country. I would love to connect her with someone who might have extras or isn’t able to go and would be willing to sell them at face value. I know it’s a monumental ask when it comes to Our Lord and Savior TS. But I also know my readers are both incredible and incredibly connected folks. Needless to say, the mom who hooked me up is heartbroken that they missed the show. So!
